One week after the personnel of Air France, the SNCF rail workers are also being on strike. Under the impetus of the railway section of the European Federation of Transport Workers (ETF), the CGT, UNSA, the CFDT and CFTC began Monday evening at 20h a protest movement that will end at 8 am Wednesday morning.

Consequence: the traffic is slightly disrupted Tuesday. The TGV normally roll axis except Atlantic routes, where seven out of 10 will be provided. For Transiliens – Paris commuter trains – three out of four trains roll on average during peak hours. As for the TER (regional trains), they are also three sets of four that will work.

The situation was complicated, however, on Tuesday morning in the Paris area RER B cash advance. Surla The RATP staff working on this line have invoked their right to withdraw following the discovery of asbestos on some trains. The traffic of this line is very upset: no train run from the Gare du Nord and Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse (Yvelines) between 10:30 and 16:00, and only two on a train run between 7am and 9am and from 16h .

On the other RER lines operated by the SNCF, the traffic is normal on lines A and E. Two out of three trains running on lines B and C, while 7 out of 10 trains run on the line D.

A journey of two will also be provided on average for the Intercity day, with normal traffic on the routes Paris-Clermont-Ferrand, Paris-Limoges-Toulouse and Paris-Amiens-Boulogne.

Holiday, many employees do not know forget their work. Smartphones and laptops supporting a two-mails regularly consult professionals at these times, for many every day. A sign of the growing influence of the company on its employees? Yes, but not necessarily on its own initiative. A recent study * TripAdvisor for an overwhelming majority of its employees addicts (80%) said to themselves, without solicitation particular employer, which in their words do not even expect that that they work during their holidays.

For a majority of these employees, it is to make a first selection of the many emails received in the meantime. A study of Orse (Observatory on Corporate Social Responsibility) published earlier this month, 38% of employees receive because more than 100 emails per day.The study TripAdvisor has to figure as a disturbing one-third of employees, read emails professionals is the sine qua non for a good holiday. "It is clearly of addiction, said Gerald Demortière, doctor. The employee loses the ability to abstain, to free himself from his business, as a smoker of cigarettes. " The desire to control everything, to feel indispensable, the fear that the important things in our absence to play, grow never win.

Burn-out

The vast majority of employees is estimated not to spend less good holiday so far. But this dependency has its drawbacks. "This adds to stress, and does probably not more effective," said Eric Albert, founder of the French Institute of action against stress (IFAS). Worse, these "workaholics" may ultimately psychic exhaustion.

Site managers have the smile of memory. While attendance at places recalling the two world wars is rising, the events will be even more gratifying. In 2014 will indeed be celebrating the centenary of the beginning of the First World War. A great event that is expected to attract many visitors, French and foreign.

A study Trump France on the economic weight of this sector, 56% of managers has provided for very short-term investments to enlarge the reception area, improve the scenery of the place, upgrading showrooms or implement new services such as mobile applications. At the Douaumont ossuary, in Lorraine, where a cemetery pays tribute to fallen victims of the Battle of Verdun, the projects are already defined: "We expect the complete renovation of the monument which will be subsidized by the state, region and department. New exhibits will also be installed, "said one official.

The Museum of the Great War in Peronne, efforts will focus on the renovation media: "we will launch the iPhone and Android affecting up to visitors. They will be more useful in 2014 when more people will be equipped smartphones, "said Karine Loison, Cultural Attaché of the museum. "These are important tools to enhance exhibitions, highlighting items that we keep in reserve, which allows video recording, interactive courses for children," she adds.Other changes to the program, including signage and the replacement of audio-guides "a little tired," will be detailed to the public on the museum site in September. "We must prepare for this year 2014 will be very important," said Karine Loison.

"Hang the young"

More massive investments will even give rise to new infrastructure. Among the flagship projects include the opening and in the country of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne) Museum of the Great War of 7000 square meters, which will use the latest technology no teletrek payday advance. It was inaugurated on 11 November. "It's both a museum of history and society, to help understand the contemporary world," said the mayor of Meaux, Jean-Francois Cope, at the First Assembly of remembrance tourism held in Senate in May

"It should also be noted that France has the remains important in its territory that must develop, enhance," says Joseph Zimet, deputy director of the memory of the heritage and archives of the Ministry of Defence, which states that scarcity of witnesses is also one of the reasons why managers to invest to preserve the memory of these places. The longer term objective is clear: "hang the younger generation" a duty to remember. "The 100th anniversary will take place in the heart of the miracle of peace in Europe, to be put forward," said Daniel Percheron, President of the Regional Council of Nord / Pas-de-Calais, which emphasizes "the universal dimension" of the event.

Meanwhile, the management of memory and heritage archives of the Ministry of Defence hopes to establish a tourism observatory memory and perpetuate the appointment of foundation organized around its players. The next will be held in Lille in 2013.

The battle for clean cars through renewable energy. Volkswagen, at least, is convinced. The first European car manufacturer is preparing to allocate 1 billion euros to investments in wind, according to the Financial Times Deutschland. It is much more than the expected 600 million more in June by the German firm. Especially since Volkswagen is also pursuing projects in solar and hydropower.

Side wind, the manufacturer would consider equity participation in two offshore wind farms and a partnership with an operator in the industry. These investments contribute to the effort of the group, which wants to reduce its CO2 emissions by 40% in ten years. A concern of the entire industry, faced with the requirements of the Kyoto agreements.

Manufacturers are working extra hard.Volkswagen has completed an agreement in July with Verbund Austrian energy for the latter to furnish 10% of the consumption of its German plants from hydropower. Rival BMW, he has chosen to implement four wind turbines to meet the energy needs of its pilot plant in Leipzig. For its part, Renault formalized in mid-year launch of the biggest photovoltaic project in the world of the automobile easy payday loans. The diamond brand intends to equip its factories with solar panels and other sites handling, or 450 000 m2 the equivalent of 60 football fields. Renault also uses biomass at its plant in Tangiers. But the renewed interest does not end there for the automotive industry.Access to clean energy is one of the strategic equation as Volkswagen, Renault and Toyota are trying to solve other for electric cars.

Green Transport

It is not enough, in fact, to get rid of the gas pump for the valuable label "clean car". In particular, consumers want to ensure that the electricity powering the battery is of solar, wind and others. What strengthen the links between energy operators, be they producers or network operators, and car manufacturers.

Peugeot, which has just launched its electric car iOn, signed in early August a partnership with Iberdrola in Spain. The giant of renewable energy it sells a package "green mobility" where he provides funding to acquire an electric car charging stations and energy supply to 100% "clean". The two groups agreed to promote each other's bids.

We suspect, given the global economic slowdown taking place, the government would be forced, sooner or later, to revise downward its growth forecast for 2012 (2.25%). But given the very poor GDP figures in the second quarter that were published this morning, one wonders now if the forecasts for 2011 will be held, too.

The government plans to officially 2% growth this year. According to Insee, the carry-over of 2011 (that is to say that France would increase if the activity was stagnant until the end of the year) is 1.4%. From 1.4% to 2% going to have to know the activity a dramatic rebound in the second half, which is far from certain.Balances were mediocre and above all a financial crisis that could fill a strong business investment bodes poorly for consumption and industrial production in the third quarter.

All in a context of slower public investment, fiscal discipline requires. At Bercy, yet it refuses for now to revise down forecasts payday loans guaranteed no fax. But he will have to solve it or risk losing credibility.

Huge consequences

The consequences of the stagnation of GDP in the second quarter are huge: the estimated government deficit to 5.7% of GDP at end 2011 and end 2012 4.6% are threatened. The government has pledged to do everything to achieve this intangible. He has no choice: the slightest deviation will be severely punished by financial markets.

In order to reduce the deficit in 2012 the state was counting on three billion euros in savings in tax loopholes. This figure is outdated. The aim should be 5 billion, at least, to save on niches, according to the general rapporteur of the budget Gilles Carrez. The MP also recommends additional 3 billion of cuts in public spending. Rigor looks for this winter.

Christine Lagarde keeps its promises and thus confirms the rise of China on the international economic and international. The new executive director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has appointed a Chinese Zhu Min, the Director-General, a third managing director created for the occasion. It will work well alongside a Japanese and an American. The Chinese were far special adviser to Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

At age 58, Min Zhu has a strong resume: he went through the World Bank, the Central Bank of China and Bank of China business establishment. He "brings a wealth of experience in administration, politics and international financial markets, but also strong leadership skills and communication, and an understanding of institutional funds, Christine Lagarde said in a statement. In his capacity as Executive Vice President, he will play a decisive role in our work, in collaboration with other members of my team and myself. "

Elected by the unit of European leaders and the agreement of the United States, Christine Lagarde has focused during his campaign for the highest office of the IMF to receive the support of emerging countries. The latter, in much better shape economically developed countries, intend to carry more weight in the decisions of the IMF, busy to participate in rescue of Greece, Portugal and Ireland.

An Obama adviser appointed

To secure the support of China (3.82% of votes in the IMF), the former French Minister of Economy visits in Beijing, hinted that it could appoint a Chinese by his side.At its inaugural press conference, she said she would continue the policy of his predecessor, Dominique Strauss-Kahn by giving more weight to emerging within the Fund.

Christine Lagarde has not forgotten the former shareholders of the Fund, namely the United States, which were the key to his appointment. She announced that David Lipton, an economic adviser to the White House, take over from his compatriot John Lipsky as Director General."Combining international expertise, experience in public policy and private sector and a strong track record in managing economic crises, David brings to the Fund's long experience in the design of policies and negotiating skills," said Christine Lagarde said.

At Paris Air Show, Airbus steals record after record. While the European aircraft manufacturer has been a landmark order yesterday with the Indian carrier IndiGo A320 on 180 – including 150 A320neo – a subsidiary of EADS could do better on Thursday with an order for 200 copies of the A320 NEO from Air Asia.

In addition, American Airlines is about to acquire from Airbus over 100 single-aisle A320 series, according to Bloomberg. The command would be a first for the company client of Boeing and usually represent a setback for the U.S. aircraft manufacturer, Airbus' main competitor. Boeing may well be pushed to max out its European competitor in some of its aircraft modernization, such as the famous 737.

Still according to Bloomberg, Frontier Airlines, parent company of Republic Airways has also signed a letter of intent for the purchase of 40 A320 and many NEO NEO A319.

In the military, the countries of the A400M buyers have signed a framework agreement on the development and maintenance of the fleet of the future military transport plane after signing an agreement on its funding, according to Gérard Longuet, Minister of Defense.

For now, the official death toll is over 700 orders and options, including 347 firm orders for Airbus in three days. The total amount of these orders, at list prices, at more than $ 65 billion. Boeing is so far below as the U.S. garnered 126 orders and options, including 61 farms, pour19 billion.

Airbus's success to its A320neo, which should cross the milestone of 1000, seven years after its commercial launch. Subsidiary of EADS has already exceeded its targets since was 500 A320 orders by the end of Bourget.

With his candidacy in the general direction of the IMF, announced Saturday at the last minute, after those of Christine Lagarde and Mexican Agustin Carstens, head of the Central Bank of Israel will test the sincerity of the countries facing the board IMF. They have been saying for weeks that "the competence and not nationality" should prevail in the choice of successor, Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

Now Stanley Fischer, highly appreciated by the staff of the Fund where it is still nicknamed "Stan" is one of the best economists in the world. He has unparalleled experience in managing crises. Graduated from the London School of Economics and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), he worked with Nobel Prize winner Paul Samuelson and Robert Solow. He directed the thesis of Ben Bernanke, the Fed chief. He is the author of economics textbooks for reference.IMF number two in the 1990s, alongside the French director Michel Camdessus, he played a key role in managing crises that shook Mexico, Asia and Russia – its remedies are also not allowed only good memories to the countries concerned. But Fischer is a pragmatist. He has learned the lessons from the mistakes of the IMF in the 1990s ", provides a framework for the institution. At the head of the Central Bank of Israel, it also helped that the country would emerge from the economic crisis in good shape and enjoys a high popularity.

Dual Nationality

However, Stanley Fischer knows better than anyone that has little chance of being elected. The first drawback of this modest man, sparkling in the light of intelligence, is his age personal loan for poor credit. The IMF Articles of Agreement stipulate that the candidate for the superintendent must be under 65 years. Now it has 67.It should therefore be that the board make an exception for his particular case.

Second handicap in practice even more problematic: his nationality. Or rather "its" nationalities. Born in Rhodesia (now Zambia), relatives of Jewish immigrants from Latvia and Lithuania, trained in London, Stanley Fischer has an Israeli passport and a U.S. passport. The first could play against him in some emerging countries, which are among the states in the Middle East conflict with Israel or supporting them. The second might also interfere. It is time that an American was proposed by Bill Clinton as number two in the IMF in 1994. However, in the traditional allocation of posts – that's just emerging challenge – is the World Bank which amounts to an American (Robert Zoellick), while the IMF is the preserve of Europeans.Even though they deny it, they do not intend to cede this seat, especially during a storm on the euro area.

Unless the matter is suddenly deemed unacceptable Tapie, Christine Lagarde remains the overwhelming favorite. The French Minister of Economy has received this weekend the support of Indonesia, and Egypt, during a trip to Cairo. His campaign trail is also passed through Jeddah, where his counterpart has expressed support for Saudi Arabia to his candidacy. She remained silent on the emergence of this new Israeli competitor.
